The Republians of Wheeling Township gathered at headquarters on June 24th for an afternoon of Strategic Communications Training. With a room full of passionate volunteers, we discussed the different communications mediums every GOP Township Organization needs to implement for success. Committeeman Kathy Penner states, "As an organization, we are incredibly excited to start galvanizing our communications and getting creative about ways to approach topics and contribute to local news." We are anxious to implement our new skills with our strategic data and technology tools as we advance. Today was a crucial start towards innovating local GOP communications and elevating the standard for similar organizations across Illinois.
