Hello!

My name is Kathy Penner and I am the Committeewoman of the Republicans of Wheeling Township. I am a resident of Arlington Heights and I was first elected to the role of Committeewoman in 2018. 

I greatly appreciate the chance to serve our party and the voters of Wheeling Township. In my role, I am focused on boosting Republican voter turnout, growing the Party’s membership, and communicating the Party’s positions on issues that matter to Wheeling Township voters.
