The second of two key organizing principles for Battle Program organizations is that of Distributed Leadership. Distributed Leadership references the value of reducing the hierarchical nature of organizational management and providing a wider range of individuals the ability to have ownership of the organization’s activities. 

At this meeting, Surus Illinois will review the key roles and responsibilities of the four committees including the tasks, metrics, and budgeting associated with Phase Four of the Battle Program
