The purposes of this Organization shall be as follows: 

1. To direct the endeavors of individuals who believe in and support the principles of the Republican Party toward achieving said Party's growth and influence;
2. To promote good government through citizen participation in support of the philosophy and activities of the Republican Party;
3. To Consider and decide on public issues and candidates;
4. To inform, assist, and provide political services to the residents of Wheeling Township; and
5. To engage in such other activities that are incident to the successful operation of a political organization.

Members of this Organization support the fundamental principles of:

1. A limited government with the belief that the government which governs least governs best;
2. Individual freedom with the individual responsible for his/her own well-being;
3. A Free market economy;
4. A strong National defense; and
5. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
