Dear Fellow Concerned Taxpayer,

We have been successful in a tough primary and are now setting our sights on defeating the Chicago Machine incumbent currently occupying the suburban Board of Review commissioner seat. It is expected he will spend in excess of half a million dollars to stay in power.
